Baby Alpaca fibre is very soft, smooth and caring for skin. It is naturally hypoallergenic and provides excellent insulation against both heat and cold. Being so delicate it is not prone to pilling.

Alpaca is one of the most sustainable wool types.

Baby Alpaca is the highest in the classification of Alpaca fibres.

The word “baby” does not refer the age of the sheared animal.

Hand wash at maximum 30 degrees celsius or dry clean your alpaca garments only.

Do not tumble dry or bleach.

It is important that the item is laid out to dry as soon as the washing cycle is complete. Do not hang up the item, but lay it flat on a drying rack or similar.

Delivery time* takes from 3 to 10 working days.

If not available in your country

In case the product you have selected is not available for the shipment to your country please send us an email to sales@maryhtextiles.com, and we will do all the possible to make your desired product come to you via a personalised customer service.

Changing the delivery address

Once the order has been sent, it will not be possible to change it, so please make sure you provide a suitable delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming the shipping details, with a tracking number. You can view and track the status of your shipment by following the provided link.

Taxes and Duties

Please be aware that sales taxes, customs duties might be charged on an individual basis directly upon shipment as far as European Union (EU) countries are concerned, and will not be refunded by MaryH.

We have a 14-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to return the purchased item. International orders must be returned within 21 days of the receipt. 

To start a return, you should contact us at sales@maryhtextiles.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, not washed, with all original tags and labels still attached, and must be packed in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

All our products pass a scrupulous quality inspection before shipment. Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Shipment Charges

In case the client wishes to return the item, which was shipped correctly, then the client will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. 

MaryH cannot compensate for packages lost or damaged in the return shipping. It is advised to obtain proof of postage and make a return using tracked delivery.
 

Exchange Conditions

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the original order has been received back and accepted by MaryH, the new item will be shipped at no additional cost. For an exchange, please, first email us at sales@maryhtextiles.com.

We only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition. The item must be new, undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, not washed, with all original tags and labels still attached, and must be packed in its original packaging.

It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether. Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.

Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was accepted or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (shipping cost deducted) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like garments of personal use (such as underwear and night wear), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
